Daily Duties at Universal American:
Support the UA staff and contractors with hardware/software issues such as configuration, installation, updating, troubleshooting, repairing and or replacing. Interact via phone for Voice, VPN, and Wan issues. Update technical support system daily and contact all remote locations weekly to check the site status.Install and test upcoming application software; perform OS/software upgrades and services packs as required. Configuration and installation of new UA and GPRO user computers as requested by user supervisor. Research new ways to support user requirements, host management, and site data updates while completing all administrative task in a timely manner, and backup data on a daily basis.
