Daily Duties at Humana:
Lead the divisional and regional pharmacy provider engagement support, support of CMS Star ratings measures and other key quality and utilization initiatives. Developed relationships with key Medicare leadership in the division and region including the Divisional Vice President, Region Presidents, Medical Directors, Health Services Directors, Finance Directors, and Market sales leadership. Provide support, education and issue resolution to regional associates (Health Services, Quality, Star, Case management, Sales) on pharmacy initiatives and customer service resolution
