As part of Tioga's ambition to create a competitive advantage in the marketplace, I was hired to implement a new Project Management capability. The development of a new Project Management Department included the following: Creation of a Project Management Office (PMO) Development of project management processes and procedures to include a published Playbook Assisted sales and business development in selling project management to customers and suppliers Facilitated internal change management of adoption of a project management capability Recruitment of new project management talent Developed and implemented professional development program for project management Developed and implemented company cross-departmental training program Led critical global customer projects within the nuclear, process, and power generation industries delivering over $75m revenue Led critical internal company projects to include 15 acre yard expansion, office renovation, and complete rebranding of company logo and name Responsibility for Change Management by driving change and enhancements across the company through initiatives designed to enhance quality, communication, best practices, delivery, customer engagement, and achieve strategic goals. Led the logistics lean six sigma freight transportation project 15-20% savings, process standardization, and vendor management. Created a Marketing Department with responsibility for company-wide brand control to include: Identification of the company strategic goals and direction Implementation of a new company name, brand, logo and tagline, signage and messaging Facilitation of an internal rollout and external rollout of the new brand Creation of a new website, intranet, marketing material and branded items Implemented digital and traditional brand awareness and targeted campaigns.
