Construction and Project Manager responsible for all residential communities for East Coast of Florida Led Department and Team responsible for all Division construction to include four communities, customer satisfaction, quality assurance, homeowner orientations, homeowner surveys and warranty • Successfully completed $53+ million and $25+ million residential construction projects while managing P&L, construction and customer service team, subcontractors, scheduling, quality assurance, safety and customers. • Created, trained and implemented multi-division and multi-community QA Program to deliver Zero Defect homes to customers and achieve customer referrals.
