Startup Division servicing Florida's Treasure Coast. Led team effort to effectively permit, build and close homes with thoroughly satisfied customers in a community and scattered lot setting. • Supervised Starts Department while analyzing reports and personnel and developing policies and procedures relating to permitting and closing of homes and communities • Led construction, scheduling, customer relations and environmental regulation for a 79 home single family community with two sales models and over 30 additional homes in scattered lots.
