Daily Duties at Sierracin :

• Assisted in the development and optimization of optical coating systems for both Military and civilian vehicle transparencies to meet a variety of performance specifications requested by the customer. • Responsible for defining, controlling, testing and conducting and conducting analysis of the coating systems and manufacturing processes to assure the compatibility of the materials and processes with design and application in accordance with the customers specifications. • When necessary, would recommend corrective action or rework based on material data, test results, process review and/or failure evaluation • Provided field support and onsite repairs for systems currently in service. • Involved in the research and implementation of new and advance coating application equipment to optimize the application process and reduce production cost.
