Daily Duties at Funrise Inc.:

Acting leader of a multidivisional sector of the Funrise business responsible for the maintenance of existing brands and the creation of new product lines. Leading cross-functional teams to create Brand Recognition and Awareness. Represented Funrise in the facilitation of licensor relationships, primarily in support of the Tonka vehicle brand. • Coordinated overseas engineering and manufacturing with frequent trips to Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam. • Managed boy’s product category from concept through entire life cycle. • Maintained full responsibility for multiple in-house brands, including design, development of new and supporting product. • Responsible for of Branding and Commercial creation for all product lines. • Responsible for all marketing materials and direction, including web, print, packaging, and commercial creation. • Creation of long-term business plans with focus on opportunities for brand growth within existing and new markets. • Supported sales staff through product brief creation, extended business plans, participation in sales meetings with all major account retail buyers and assistance in design of all trade shows. • Defined new product needs through extensive use of market research, analysis of sell-through, and over a decade of experience in the field. • Over 50% growth in sales of Tonka brand, with sell through of in-shelf product managed to keep turns consistent.
