Daily Duties at Jakks Pacific Inc.:
Creation of new brands, driving incremental business profitability. • Creation of licensed brand portfolios, including Disney and Warner Brothers properties. • Creation of new brands and product segments through relationship building with overseas suppliers and sourcing agents. • Management of P&L across 8 separate brands. • Application of Engineering knowledge to create the most efficient use of parts tooling with eye on quality/safety. • Support of sales staff through product brief creation, extended business plans, participation in sales meetings with all major account retail buyers and assistance in design of all trade shows. • Responsible for management product and brand from concept through manufacturing to shelf.
