Daily Duties at Integrys Energy Group Wisconsin Public Service:

• Responsible for supporting all customer needs between field, staff, senior executives and other corporate departments • Preparing budgets & controlling finance coupled with long term planning, forecasts and allocations. Accountable for minimizing non value-adding activities, improving resource utilization and quality of service • Playing key role in analysis, development and implementation of strategic business plans & policies, ensuring organizational growth, targeting maximum profitability & cost effectiveness • Providing technical support & training to all customers on rate tariff issues, interruptible & demand response programs, distributed generation interconnection agreements, new process technologies, energy supply etc • Defining performance standards & sales targets across all functional areas and periodically reviewing performance with deft application of concurrent management audit procedures • Developing metrics to track the costs & benefits associated with demand response program offerings • Managing the demand response rates (six program offerings) with over 40,000 participating customers and over 350 megawatts of electric load enrolled • Process owner for commercial, industrial and agricultural new electric and/or gas installation services • Responsible for the distributed generation (solar/wind) interconnection process for 20 KW or less renewable energy technology installations
