Daily Duties at Accenture:
• Managed Enterprise Level Data Warehouse Production Support & Enhancements for Client Personal and Commercial Line data systems using SAS, Teradata and SQL, responsible for generating 17 critical underwriting, claims, surety, billing and finance reports daily. • Lead team to analyze and perform automation of jobs and codes to incorporate business rules; effort reduced by nearly 20%. • Undertook responsibility to resolve high priority work tickets by debugging code issues in developed applications to prevent delays in client operations. • Maximized system efficiency by nearly 25% through SQL query tuning and avoiding database contention through effective job scheduling. • Created more than 10 documents to incorporate end to end software development for future enhancements of developed applications. • Hosted internal and external client meetings for conducting training sessions on newly deployed applications.
