Technical leadership in automotive electronics industry serving in progressive leadership roles in operations support, manufacturing and test, product validation, product engineering, and advanced development. • Managed a hardware engineering group responsible for providing circuit analysis and design support to product engineering. Responsibilities include design and development of power, analog and mixed signal electronic circuits, simulation & worse case analysis (WCA) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design support. • Chairman of Site Electrical Engineering Competency Steering Team responsible for oversight of personnel skill development of 40 EEs, design process initiatives, infrastructure forecasting and development of centers of expertise (COE’s). • Member of corporate Global EMC Task Team and Regional EE Steering Team; Participated in development of EE Design Standards (EMC Design, Analog to Digital Conversion, Thermal Design); Key contributor in the development and implementation of new EE Product Analysis & Verification process and procedure focused on six sigma design philosophy. • Participated in corporate mentor program.
