Managing and coordinating all aspects of complex litigation including several multi-million dollar cases, prepare and review discovery demands & responses, attend court-ordered and private mediation conferences, provide pre-trial support, analysis of claims, drafting motions and opposition papers, argue motions, coordinate scene inspections and evidence examinations, analyze evidence with experts, supply independent research, prepare arbitration applications, argue before arbitration panels, update clients, drafting legal memoranda, briefs and appeals, negotiating global settlements, establishing resolution criteria and approaches, attend state and federal court conferences, settle cases.
