Daily Duties at Ibm Global Services:
Build the Global Business Services Solutioning, Estimating and Delivery practices globally and to drive greater consistency of project delivery across the management consulting business unit. Leading development of go-to-market strategies and deployment of innovative tooling and assets to automate industry processes and methods. Held P&L and direct team of 120 people and budget of $92M. Report to the Global COO, Global Business Services. Clients include global retail banking, commercial credit card, financial services and insurance firms.
