Daily Duties at Pw C Llp:
Directed all software development and maintenance for the U.S. Ethics & Compliance (E&C) group. Supervised a team of 25+ composed of project managers, business analysts, technical leads, and developers. Ensured the successful on-time delivery of all development projects to support business processes. Managed on-shore and offshore resources and commanded a total development budget of $2.2M. Oversaw maintenance and enhancement efforts for the applications developed by the department. Served as IT liaison to the firm's E&C leadership in the "Compliance Lifecycle" process improvement effort to streamline the operations of the E&C organization and improve overall compliance statistics. Led the design and successful implementation of the Reported Matters Administration System used by the Compliance Monitoring division to track and follow up the number and severity of firm compliance issues. Boosted the ability of authorized parties to pre-clear investments on behalf of partners and staff by successfully leading the design and implementation of the CheckIt™ preclearance tool. Awarded the PricewaterhouseCoopers Chairman's Award for Excellence
