Daily Duties at San Francisco State University:
Managed and maintained a residence hall that held conference guests up to 1,100 occupants. Served as the liaison for conference services to guests from all over the world. Such guests included, but were not limited to Bay Area Mitzvah, International Children's Games, and Adventures Cross Country. Served as on-call crisis management staff. This would entail being a liaison between support staff and clients by mediating and making decisions that would resolve high stress situations and/or critical issues. Managed and maintained guest check-ins and checkouts.
