Daily Duties at Avanade:
Orchestrated projects with values up to $23.5M; consistently delivered routine project reports, status reports, and design changes. Guided programmers, database architects, and team leads encompassing existing technologies at client sites. Executed projects within budget limitations; acquired talent resources necessary for project completion. Performed needs analysis on site, conceptualized and established project specifications, and designed and presented end solution in alignment with client objectives. Developed SSIS framework currently licensed to Microsoft, Accenture, and 16 international clients. Conducted auditing and tracking of package phases for efficient troubleshooting and maintenance. Framework decreased build time of new packages utilizing prebuilt packages with cut-and-paste design. • Improved total skill levels within parent company and client organizations through mentor ship of lower-level programmers and database administrators.
