Daily Duties at 174th In Bde:
• Manage and shape all aspects of the battlefield during pre-deployment, war simulation training. • Assess training requirements of deploying Service Members and develop innovative training scenarios to fulfill those requirements. • Integrate Risk Management process into all training operations. • Areas of expertise include: Biometrics (BATS/HIIDE/SEEK), Classroom Instruction (10-200 personnel), Cultural Awareness, Driver’s Training, Equipment Checks and Maintenance, Interpersonal Communication Skills (IPCS), Modern Army Combatives Program ( MAC-P Level 2), Team and Personnel Management, Safety Inspections, Situational Awareness, Weapons Training (Lethal/Non-Lethal).
