As business/process manager, led the program to implement ITIL across multiple contracts supporting IT Services. Managed a newly formed business office; managed 80 million dollar base-line budget and developed a Program Office to manage interim contract proposals, negotiations and implementation. As Enterprise Business Architect, worked the MDA 5 year vision roadmap focused on integrating business requirements to new technology.
