Daily Duties at United Online, Inc.:
I was brought on board to start a Facilities Management function and prepare for the expansion of locations. Responsible for the management of the company’s real estate portfolio, which included the planning, development and construction of the company’s 113,000 square foot world headquarters. Directed and managed the administrative and operational functions of reception, security, mail services, maintenance operations, hospitality and move management.
