I maintained a caseload of approximately 30 asbestos cases, representing a manufacturer, as well as 15 other cases ranging from landlord tenant and contract disputes to employment matters. This included legal research, client reporting, pre-trial preparation experts, depositions, law and motion, mediation and arbitration, special master and dispositive motions.
