• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned to customers’ clinical, organizational and financial needs, exceeding business unit objectives and measures. • Market diverse portfolio of products - respiratory and diabetic medications and influenza vaccines – to skilled nursing facilities and staff, medical directors, prescribers, long-term care specialty pharmacies and consulting pharmacists. • Utilize account based selling skills across the continuum of care to build relationships and maximize impact and product uptake. • Manage large geographic territory including 87 prescribers, 69 skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care specialty pharmacies. • Conducted over 65 product and disease state inservices to over 32 skilled nursing facilities and long-term care specialty pharmacies, educating healthcare professionals on utilization and administration of GSK medicines. • Plan and execute peer-to-peer programs utilizing local and national speakers. • Collaborate with matrix partners across multiple geographies to enhance customer reach and frequency and impact product uptake. • Serve as Regional Integrity Champion.
