Daily Duties at Spaulding For Children:
Overall responsibility for multiple related prevention programs including clinical oversight, administrative responsibilities, and supervision of staff in carrying out direct service activities pertinent to the goals of the program. Coordinate program activities with appropriate liaison agencies to ensure constructive collaboration. Develop and promote relationships with other social service agencies and represent the program and agency in the community. Assist with grant writing, complete monthly budget and fiscal reports. Performs administrative functions including the completion of regular reports in a timely manner as required by funding sources and the agency. Have specific responsibility to directly supervise the MIECHV and FTBS programs and ongoing case management functions. Build collaborative agreements and supports for families in the community.
