Senior Relationship Manager April 2001 - Present • Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes. • Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions. • Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems. • Determine price schedules and discount rates. • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Represent company in sales presentation to prospective clients. • Ensure Plans are administered in accordance with the plan document and current IRS and DOL regulations. • Identify opportunities to deliver value, reduce risk, improve efficiencies and enhance the experiences for companies, ultimately leading to improved satisfaction. • Educate companies on the "Value Proposition" for their environment.
