Daily Duties at Martin County Board Of County Commissioners:
Supervised and trained staff on all County and grant funded administrative activity including intake, verification and certification of applicants, conducting County bidding and procurement procedures, project estimation and cost analysis, on-site inspections, grant budgeting and tracking, all project and grant program review evaluations, and correspondence with local, state, and federal representatives Served as Administrative Project Manager and supervised all phases of multiple affordable housing projects for low income families totaling over $8 Million dollars derived from federal hurricane hardening grants, the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, and six state funded grants Performed weekly audits on all individual projects and associated grants. Results of state and federal sanctioned audits were three A+ ratings and no significant findings
