Daily Duties at Pierre Foods:

This company was set up into "silos" so I was only responsible for growing foodservice which included sporting venues/arenas, B & I, colleges & universities and white tablecloth. Managed broker network of 9 throughout the western region, trade shows, sales meetings and trainings, distributor ride-withs, negotiated contracts and programs with large operators and distributors, managed budgets, new product launches, and oversaw all distributor activity.

What they like about Pierre Foods:

Organizations with strong, centralized leadership are particularly attractive to you. You require a work environment with leadership that aggressively seeks to expand and grow the business and does so in a visible and decisive manner. In general you prefer to work in an environment in which there is a strong link between leadership, its actions, and a strong set of company-wide values.
