Responsible for development, deployment and administration of the firm’s product development, sales and marketing efforts as they pertained to the identification of specialized markets. Identified new market entry strategies for the firms core products resulting in a geographic diversification to the Middle East & North African market and entry into the tolling and intelligent transport market places. Assumed the duties of Vice President, Electronic Toll Collection and Intelligent Transportation leading Perceptics market entry efforts.
