Daily Duties at True Value Company:

Managed a support team of three to ensure administrative support and operational assistance was provided to store owners, merchandising team, and sales field team. Managed business relationships to meet department goals for programs, managed all phases from production to delivery and strategic use of resources to develop opportunities to enhance profits for the department. • Developed a formal process for MRO/contract opportunities within the company and strategically aligned resources to fulfill orders with the dealership organization. • Implemented new retail website program in conjunction with a third party vendor which enhanced outbound marketing for store owners that displayed their extensive rental equipment offering to drive business at the store level in their local markets. • Developed an on-online database portal for rental operators and vendors to pull and deposit information that improved the source data for all owners to build rental catalogs and utilize video and how to manuals from vendors on owner websites, print catalogs, and to pull from for local marketing collateral. • Implemented an on-line franchisee website with a third party vendor to replace previous paper system. The website enhanced communication with the franchise business owners on policies, procedures and training. And allowed communication among operators on best practices. • Developed a print advertisement program with a third party vendor to more effectively communicate rental business product assortments to consumers and increase local market brand awareness in diverse markets.
