- Led communications, marketing, environmental health and safety functions for Louisiana-based engineering firm – specializing in civil and mechanical engineering, construction management, quality assurance and disaster recovery projects. - Championed government relations efforts between firm and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, other federal, state, parish and community agencies. - Interpreted technical aspects of projects and initiatives to key decision-makers. - Prepared background materials, project proposals, and made technical presentations to various governmental agencies and entities.
