Daily Duties at Exel, Inc:
• 250 employees (17 management positions), 600K sq ft facility • 2014 Revenue = $14.0MM, Fixed Variable cost structure • $600K improvement in Net Earnings in first 9 months (first positive profit since inception in 2012) • $55MM Inventory across supply and medical devices • Same-day Parcel, Next day LTL, 2-day Truck Load • Manage all financial aspects including full P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and reporting • Improved and maintain above goal percentage for all KPI's • Effectively managed transition through customer changeover • Successful crisis management through natural disaster = site operational within 2 days • Implemented numerous Continuous Improvement processes resulting in $0.5MM cost and productivity savings to customer
