Daily Duties at Circle Solutions, Inc.:
As a performance based, cost-reimbursement contract, the NIMH Information Resource Center required us to be available to the public and respond to their inquiries about mental health and mental illness within a strict time frame. Supervisor on a team which received a superior performance rating from NIMH. Managed three culturally diverse staff to provide mental health educational materials, resources, and referrals to 30,000+ telephone, Live Help, email, and fax requestors per year.
