Daily Duties at Genpact Pharmalink:
• Managed a team of contractors involved in a multi-phased global project for 17 months. • Managed a second team of contractors strictly involved in quality assurance on all work performed during the project. • Actively engaged with Project Lead to establish strategy and ensure deliverables and timelines are met. • Project encompassed several key deliverables: • Liaise with client’s local country offices to determine and analyze statuses of CMC changes with their respective Board of Health. • Remediate gaps identified during the course of the project with client’s product subject matter experts to ensure continuity of compliance in all countries where products are registered. • Update client’s CMC regulatory change management software based on feedback from their local country offices. • Ensure project work was accurately performed across multiple lifecycle document management systems.
