Daily Duties at Id Media:
• Engaged frequently with both J&J’s Global Marketing Group and brand product managers which helped contribute to highest agency evaluation score in 10-year history based on exceeding key KPI targets including media savings, cost avoidance, brand service, thought leadership and innovation • Directed the strategy, plan execution and optimization of several new DRTV launches, including Seamless.com, Independence Blue Cross & Aspen Dental delivering incremental billings totaling $4.3MM • Pioneered the use of Facebook as a primary response mechanism for DRTV (for retail based brands) featuring coupon engagement to monitor ROI • rates, which led to the development of robust CRM databases (Paid to Owned Media) • Lead agency trainer and tester for MediaOcean’s new media management software tool MBOX • Managed, trained and led a team of four Assistant Account Executives • Built and serviced national and local DRTV campaigns for 40+ J&J brands with budgets totaling over $100MM. Employed quality controls and accountability for the flawless execution of accounts • Projected forecasts, which consistently met and surpassed benchmarks for several pharmaceutical brands including recent launch of Stelara • Authored and presented detailed strategy decks, POV’s, campaign analyses and weekly performance reports to clients and agency partners • Collaborated with media planners at Universal McCann to design and implement DRTV media plans • Worked closely with multiple agency partners, telemarketers, creative houses and investment teams
