Daily Duties at World Com:
• Assisted the Manager in the supervision of an Installation and Maintenance Team. • Designed circuits, provided support to tech personnel, and developed training. • Provided technical and customer support for MCI's customers, through a variety of troubleshooting and problem solving methods. The support engineer works in a team environment (CTAC) responding to phone, ETMS tickets, and electronic mail inquiries, and handles challenging issues pertaining to Point-to-Point, Frame relay and ATM circuits. Performed trouble shooting, provisioning, optioning and testing on Ds0, T1, T3, Frame Relay, Cisco cascade 9000, Orion 4000 Imux, DL3800, T1 and High Speed IMA ATM, (Cisco and 3Com), DAL switch, DMS 500 and 250 switch, vf testing for analog voice and data communications, and multi-drop. • Experience working with IP routing Cisco Routers. • Circuit troubleshooting on T3 and OC circuits
