Interfaced with external entities which included NPAC (Numbering Plan Administrative Center, CLEC's and LEC's to ensure phone number portability was successful.) -Create and document new internal processes to ensure reliability and consistency of LNP situations -Utilized databases to recognize inconsistent porting issues and resolve through NPAC and CLEC's -Managed and maintained ISO9000 company certification by updating work instructions and participating in Audit sessions.
