-Supported Verizon's Calling Card and SmartTouch call processing operations. -Performed proactive monitoring to identify circuit and/or call processing equipment issues. -Coordinated with network entities and internal customer management to isolate disruptions and restore service. -Utilized voice traffic routing tools to ensure call processing network availability. -Managed the voice network maintenance processes (pre/post) by informing customers and performing test calls to ensure service quality.
