-Managed circuit restoration processes for AT&T's large and medium sized business customers. -Analyzed automated testing to determine sources of anomalies. -Utilized testing tools and databases to analyze state of circuit (out of service, degraded, or in-service) -Collaborated with internal teams, customers, and other telecom carriers to restore circuit. -Escalated to internal teams and external entities (voice/written) to obtain information regarding the restoration timeline. -Provided verbal/written progress to resolution updates to upper management.
