Represents my first position as a Petroleum Landman with significant career advancement. I began as a title researcher, and with numerous promotions transitioned into leasing and acquisitions, title opinion curative, and regional manager in charge of title research and leasing and acquisitions. I initiated various leasing and development campaigns in oil and gas jurisdictions nationwide on behalf of beta and clients. I facilitated, assisted, and managed every facet of a full-scale development campaign including preliminary leasechecks, mineral estate title research and abstracting, mineral estate leasing and acquistions, title opinion curative, resolution of complex legal title issues, ensuring regulatory compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Environmental Protection, assisting and drafting Joint Operating Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, and Purchase Sale Agreements, networking and promoting drilling campaign with officials on a local and statewide level, overall project management and risk mitigation. derived experience in the Marcellus, Utica, Niobrara, Baaken, and Permian Basin.
