Daily Duties at Coastal Land Services:

Represented career advancement and an opportunity to work with a select crew of highly specialized brokers. Spearheaded the acquisition of approximatley 30-50,000 acres as part of a leasing and development campaign, by identifying available property, conducting preliminary title and production research, and negotiating the acquisition of mineral rights with mineral estate owners. Derived experience in the New Albany Play-Southern Illinois.
