Daily Duties at Mineral Chain:
Represents an excellent opportunity to represent private equity investment groups in the purchase and sale of oil and gas mineral rights, royalties, and well interests. I'm currently representing a private equity fund with budget estimations in excess of $100 million, by identifying mineral estate interests within producing oil and natural gas plays, and contacting and negotiating with mineral estate interest owners the purchase and acquisition of their mineral rights.
