Daily Duties at Carrizo Oil And Gas:
Represents a significant career advancement from working for a land service company into working directly for an oil and gas exploration and production company. I'm currently spearheading a 20-30,000 acre leasing and development for Carrizo in East Texas by identifying available property, conducting preliminary title and production research, and negotiating the acquisition of mineral estates. Involved with Budget Estimations and Cost Projections of Project Viability by analyzing price per acre in conjunction with overall budget allocations. Further, dealing with complex title issues, such as Mineral Estate Fractional Interests.
