Bridged Developmental Disability Services between two companies which combined, served over 650 individuals spanning 16 counties. Services included 4 training centers and over 120 residential settings. Agency specialized in medically fragile and behaviorally challenging individuals. Administrative expertise in Grant writing, auditing, budgeting, compliance oversight and monitoring. History of successful training programs and community based partnerships. Supervise a staff of over 300. • Assisted with the innovative project of bridging DD services • The combined agencies serve approximately 650 individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a 16 county region. • Responsible for a $20 million dollar budget and DD Department restructuring to community based individualized services • Responsible for approximately 400 staff • Responsible for the compliance and oversight of 120 residential host homes • Agency DDP and include the duties specific to that "as outlined in DBHDD policy" • Successfully led both agencies through CARF three year accreditations • Executed business plan to achieved goals related to growth (acquired three new homes in additional county) • Created fund raising opportunities and fostered relationships in the community that assisted with the achievement of our mission • Performed other duties or special projects as needed • Developed and enforced ongoing training to ensure a high quality of care delivery • Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) for Law Enforcement Officers in Various Counties
