Daily Duties at Sheraton Orlando North:
Spearheaded all sales and marketing activities for a 394-room hotel with 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Supervised, coached, and evaluated team of 5 sales managers, 3 reservation agents, catering department personnel, and support staff members. Created and executed marketing plan designed to reintroduce the hotel back into the Group markets while expanding market share into local corporate market.
