Performed product performance reviews where the customers would send in failed product to find out the reason for failure. Was responsible for corrective and preventative actions on the manufacturing floor, including a 5 why board. Assisted the quality assurance lab and came up with tests, testing fixtures, and testing methods to reliably test product performance and strength.
