Managed and served as administrator to the Purchasing Card Program for over 40 employees. Achieved and maintained satisfactory audit results in each of the three consecutive years. Improved Purchasing Card Program: reduced costs and increased employee satisfaction by eliminating bank late fees and fraudulent activity in establishing good relationships with cardholders, maintaining positive attitude, communicating effectively, training employees to follow company procedure and providing excellent customer service. Improved the Purchasing Card turn-around time from 48 hours to 24 hours to ensure employees received reimbursement on time. Substantially improved quality of customer service to internal and external customers and handled problems effectively while maintaining and building relationships. Successfully managed and improved non disclosure agreement process by providing training and excellence customer service and provided hands on training to buyers. Updated Purchasing Card and Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Program Procedure as needed.
