Manage business administration and human resources including team building, employee development, performance management, incentives and profit sharing plan. Design and implement company branding including marketing, advertising, promotions, events and product design. Develop new business opportunities handling property acquisition and sales, financing and investment, entitlements and legal and regulatory compliance. Provide project management, public and stakeholder relations, and ensure project and construction safety.
