•Effectively and efficiently co-manage the the daily operation of the store, including opening and closing the store. •Lead teams to ensure thorough and timely completion of routine and non-routine tasks. •Positively impact sales by developing promotional strategies based on analysis of various reports. •Train employees in customer service, merchandising and other areas of their responsibility. •Ensure proper use of marketing materials. •Communicate with buyers on such opportunities as needed items, sizes, color variation, lifestyles and quantities.
