• Monthly and weekly Manufacturing and packaging operations planning and execution. • Managing the pharmaceutical manufacturing operations to achieve quality, compliance and output requirements. • Review the executed batch records for correctness and personnel errors. Train the employees on the errors observed in order to minimize the personnel errors. • Review and approval of master batch records for correctness of formula and procedures. Review and approval of validation protocols and reports. • Investigate the unplanned deviations and implement the CAPAs in timely manner, ensure the effectiveness of the CAPAs implemented. • Minimized production equipment down-time by ensuring the manufacturing process controls are followed and implementing the multiple change parts concept. • Determined significant process improvements with team members and technical service group and held responsible for addressing day-to-day issues and concerns. • Ensured daily and monthly production targets are met by reducing the down times and continually maintaining the efficiencies while motivating the staff during difficult period of change. • Implement process improvements that lead to cost and time savings without compromising the quality and compliance. • Introduced team briefs, quality circles and continuous improvements and good communications. • Write, review and approve SOPs and qualification/validation protocols, reports and master plans. • Spearheaded staff, delegated specific responsibilities, and regularly communicated with team members to ensure business needs were met.
