Daily Duties at Associated Bank:
Oversaw sales, customer service, operational integrity, compliance adherence, staff expense, and business development within Metro Milwaukee territory. Recruited, hired trained and managed 13 branch managers, with accountability for up to 103 FTE’s. Collaborated across multiple lines of business, including commercial, wealth and trust. Partnered with Regional Director to lead regional initiatives that drove incremental revenue and increased household acquisition through successful execution of Bank at Work program.
