Directed sales, service and operations of diverse Metro Milwaukee territory serving customers ranging from low to high income, including Hispanic, Hmong, and LGBT, with loan balances of $200M and deposits of $700M+. Recruited, hired, trained and managed team of 14 branch managers, with accountability for 110 exempt and non-exempt FTE’s.
