. Supervised staff of 10 within Imaging Department, including Radiology Technologists, Ultrasound Technologist, CT Technologist, Receptionist, and Transcriptionist. Set schedules, facilitated staff meetings, conducted employee evaluations, and monitored QC. Ensured compliance with internal and external regulations including MQSA and FDA requirements.
